Processing Time
Orders are normally processed and shipping out within 3 business days. The only exception is items marked Special Order. These items will be shipped out in 5-8 business days. We carry limited stock on hand of Special Order items.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the number of items ordered. Orders are shipped through the US Postal Service using Priority shipping. See the table below for exact costs:

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something doesn't fit, please return the item to MFD Pipe Brigade, 26 N. Center, Rexburg, ID 83440. Include your order number and the reason you are shipping it back. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Items can also be returned directly to the Madison Fire Department at the same address listed above. If an exchange is necessary, please contact MFD Pipe Brigade beforehand for instructions.
